Have been trying to get an issue with my ADSL line resolved since 11/03/2013. I have reported the issue on three occasions (Reference number (8CRK110313, 933CRK200313 and 17CRK270313). Going through a process of elimination possible problem (1). You might have poor hardware connecting your machine to the wall. (New PC purchased with latest spec, 6GB RAM, I3 processor .(2). Maybe your modem-router is not configured correctly.(Telkom, basic troubleshooting was performed and a received a call to advise that in-sync with Telkom) (3). Your ISP (Internet service provider) may be having issues with routing signals to you. From running around for the last month almost, i have managed to eliminate the first two questions.
