I just spent an hour trying to pay 1 account via internet banking as the network is so the OTP could not come thro, I eventually left my Samsung Galaxy S3 on the outside wall just to get a signal, I had to keep running back and forth to ensure the internet banking doesnt time out while I wait for the fone to get a little signal.
This is the 2nd complaint about this, when i complained the 1st time, you sent a form to complete and return which I did the same day... im not surprised that I havent had a response to it.
Now, for the last time... NAME THE PRICE I HAVE TO PAY YOU TO GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT!!!
I regret moving to Cell C, you ads are all!!!
