Nashua Mobile have linked a second cell number to my contract and have not credited me for the amounts debited sicne November last year despite spending 1.5 hours on the phone with three reference numbers and they agree they are wrong.
Their help desk 0861 412 412 is always experiencing "high call volumes" (probably because their admin and systems are so poor) and the staff are unknowledgeable, incompetent and cannot resolve problems.
Debits made against my account are not reflected on my statements as credits.
They allow data usage to overun the limits and simply deduct it from airtime available and even overun the contract limits. The result is my young daughter has no ability to make phone calls because her limits are used up - that's a serious liability to her safety.
