Please help with billing problem not pass the buck

On the 20 July 2013 we upgraded our I-phones and went on an anytime 750 as its R750 airtime, 750 data and SMS'. Anyhow it was not changed over for some reason in August and we then ran out of minutes because we were not given data and the phones ate all the available airtime. We queried why it had hit the limits they told us we had run out of airtime which we knew was not possible. we then had no choice but to raise the limits as they are company phones. we are now sitting with an additional R 1500 in airtime due to MTN or Nashua Mobile not having done their jobs correctly. Please can someone who does not pass the buck help us get this bill rectified.
