Nashua mobile are unable to manage data limits; relates to the October and November accounts,
where R1845.75 and R7454.82 respectively already deducted from account; yet recorded communique with Nashua mobile reflects that I had increased, never to these exhorbitant limits. Request re-imbursement as it is clearly evident that Nashua mobile did not administer as requested and agreed.
