I have a contract that is on Mtn network, from the time I have rica it to date, I have not been able to dial from that phone. I have made many calls to your call centre but still not able to make calls.
Please get back to me and assist. I do not see any use of having a contract phone with airtime that ends up dissappearing from the phone. Why should I continue paying for it if that is the case? Please help
