I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT PHONE ON 2/10/2013. ON 3/10/2013 ON MY BIRTHDAY I SUDDENLY COULD NOT MAKE OR RECEIVED PHONE CALLS. REASON: PHONE SUSPENDED AS I DID NOT RICA MY SIM IN 2011 WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND I MUST CONTACT MY SP, WHICH I BEEN DOING SINCE 3/10/2013 UP TO DATE. NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS ALSO BEEN MADE TO MTN CUSTOMER CARE WITH NO RESULTS. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THE SUSPENSION OF MY PHONE IS DUE TO A MTN NETWORK ERROR.
FURTHER MORE ON 4/10/2013 DONE A SIM SWAP ON MY OTHER MTN CONTRACT PHONE AND UP TO DATE HAVE NO SERVICE.
I BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MTN SINCE FROM WHO KNOWS WHEN, AND I HAVE NEVER EXPIERENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE, A WHATEVER ATTITUDE.
