A few months ago I upgraded my mtn contact by calling mtn direct. I delt with Nadine from their call centre and I settled on the 16 gig Samsung galaxy tab 7 inch. I enquired about spec especially storage and cpu because I needed it to serve my purpose. I received my handset which to my surprise was not a 16 gig unit but a 8 gig unit as stated on the box and stickers of the device. I logged the call with Nadine who did not get back to me. I had to go for surgery so I could not follow up until I was stronger. On my follow up call Nadine refered me to her supervisor who intern referred me to Mxolisi Mabele, who is supposed to be the regional manager. He assured me he would come back to me with answers as he understood my frustration. After another week of not hearing from mtn I followed up with Mxolisi Mabele who still had no solution. After me threatening him to go to the press he made an offer to which I declined and made a counter offer but eventually we both met half way with him crediting me for 3 months on my subscription. After me using the device I discovered it was not a 8 gig unit but in fact a 4 gig. It has now gone over 4 months and Mxolisi has not replied to my mail
