Cell C
Settlement amout- Can't get one

Hi Peter,
My account has been one of the accounts on my dept review for about 5 years now and I would like to settle it, Cell C said I must get the amount from the dept review guy's, they in turn say I must get it from Cell C, what do I do, I feel like just stop paying and wait for someone to call me with some details. Getting through to a person that you can talk to is impossible.

Please can Cell C tell me what I need to pay to get this account closed?
