Still waiting for ADSL support staff to call us back to arrange to come out to fix fault on line. We have called 6 times and get the same response that the ADSL support crew will call us back and they have not. We are now without ADSL from the 26th of last month and are still paying for a service we are not receiving. Pathetic service, typical of Telkom. Pity we have signed a two year contract.
