Took my phone into the Clearwater mall shop on the 9 Mar 13 with a Galaxy tab p1000 that was completely annialated & informed of a 2wk turn-around. Went back 2wk later to be told that the repair dept has relocated & that it'll now take anything from 4-6wks additional (not my problem, not acceptable).
All my work is saved on the sd card & unable to access it unless Ive got a replacement samsung (i.e.: S3, S3 mini or replacement tab) as the computer wants to format the card as all info is saved in samsung format. No-one gets back to me & I'm left doing all the running around, basically sick & tired of the so called "Service", its alright for "ALTECH" to take my money but when I need it replaced immediately its all excuses excuses, so whats the "Insurance" that I'm paying out for??? (and to top it off, when I brought the phone in, I was informed that this phone is now "obsolete", & because the damage was so extensive that I would be given a replacement phone which is still to materialise).
Maybe its a good job my contract runs out in the next couple of months, with this kind of service, who in their right mind would take out another contract.
