Last month I went into the Ballito Lifestyle Cell C Branch and ordered a Platinum Grey SIII.
I filled out an order receipt and was provided a copy (04655).
After waiting several weeks and visiting the branch multiple times nothing has come of my so called "order".
This product has been running for several months on multiple packages, so it's quite astonishing that you would be out of stock. Furthermore the fact that I have not received any conclusive confirmation on the progress of my order shows Cell C's inability to deliver a consistent level of service or deliver a quality product offering.
Hello Peter is always a last resort, and sadly I've had to use it for Cell C complaints several times.
