I have a contract with 8ta (Cresta) which i'm very happy with, so I decided to take a second contract with them this time a cell phone, recieved it on thursday and it worked only for a couple of hours, I went back to do an exchange, but was informed that they don't have stock, I said I needed the phone and the consultant said he'll check who has stock, he said Randburg has 3, Rosebank has 3 and Southgate has 5, and I should go with the damaged phone and do an O.B.F when I got to Randburg, no stock, the consultant there calls and Southgate and they said yes we have stock, got to 8ta Southgate and they said they don't do obf's and I should try telkom direct in the same mall, when I got there, no stock, I must try 8ta. Firstly you dont tell a customer to go here and there without confirming if it can be done, secondly like everyone else i'm very busy during the week and can only do this once. Thirdly I need this exchanged soon or I'd rather cancel this contract, as well as re- embursing my petrol since I drove around like a mad person wasting petrol.
