Bad technical support in the extreme

I have been a customer since November 2012. For the last 2 months I have had to call the support team at least twice a week to get them to fix my connection speed. I pay for a 4Mb connection speed, but currently only get 0.16Mb.

This is due to some hardware problems on their wireless access points which they ignore and do not fix.

I reported the last problem on Wednesday 27 March 2013 and they then decided to order new equipment, but due to the public holidays, the issue will not be resolved before mid to end next week.

When I call their office in Cape Town, my call is redirected to one of their technical staff, that can not assist, as he can not sit in front of his pc the whole day and wait for a customer to call. He is unavailable to assist and can only do so 90 minutes after my call.

I also e-mailed their MD, CTO and technical manager, but with no success. They just ignore e-mails.

Do not use these guys.
