I trust that a certain sales assistant at Blue Route will face disciplinary action. She blatantly to my face this morning telling me she contacted me 3 times and left messages re a phone ordered on 17 Feb being out of stock. She even indicated that she "contacted" me following my complaint. No calls and no messages received! So I am not quite sure what number she was "trying" to contact me on. I asked to speak to a manager and she said this was not possible. Really? What kind of customer service is this if assistants can't provide a minimum level of service and become defensive when customer requests that the matter be escalated.
