Early October 2012 i called cell c asking them to activate insurance for my cellphone.consultant assured me that i was covered and i left it at that feeling relieved. Feb 2013 my phone was and i called cell c to claim only to find out that I'm not insured, reason being when i upgraded i forfeited my insurance, what nonsense is that and why was it never communicated or explained when i did the upgrade. How does insurance simply just fall away.i never had a problem with cell c and always recommended them to everyone but this company really disappointed one of their most loyal customers
