Every time I call the Call Centre there is a long delay with a menu that divert you back where you started or a message that say's the are to bussy call later.
I then tried to call the new Contracts section. They immediately answer, but refuse to give me a nother number than the 084140 that we all know is not working. In the event that my child's phone was not lost but, how will I be able to stop the card? Tried the email, received both read and received, but no reply two days ago.
Why should I renew my children's three contracts in future if this is the respect the customers receive?
