I took out a contract with Cell C late in 2012, after 3 days I cancelled the contract and returned the phone (in the box unopened). Since then I have been charged for this account every month. I have lodged more than 7!!! complaints with Cell C customer care. I have been promised a full refund and all I have received is yet another bill!!! This is the worst service I have every received in my life. I wish someone would get their act together and resolve this problem!
