I just need to put this out there... It's always so easy to complain about everyday annoyances.
This was the second time that Joseph assisted me: handset upgrade last year, and now new data contracts. This guy goes the extra 10 miles without hesitation, and makes sure that all hassles are eliminated, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. I hope this filters down to the rest of the MTN workforce... go to Joseph for a few pointers!
