I've done my graded with Cell C in the month of February 2013. A phone (I pad) was delivered to me in February 2013, the person who came to deliver the I pad advised me that if I experience any problem with it I should contact him because they're getting lots of queries about the faulty Samsung I pads. He then gave me his numbers, two days later the I pad never switched back on. I contacted this guy but his phone was forever on voice mail, I then contacted the call centre and advised me that they'll send someone to come pick up the phone. A week later after I've reported the matter they came to fetch the phone & I was told that I'll be receiving a new I pad after seven days. I waited & waited and I never head from Cell C. Two weeks later I called the call centre & they told me that they don't see a note on their systems regarding my I pad but they said they'll escalate the matter to the head office since then no communication has been made from Cell C. Yesterday I cvalled the Call Centre again & I was still not helped instead they've put me on hold for almost an hour & I ended up disconnecting because no one was getting back to me. Please help!
