Bought a Cell C speedstick. Carefully enquired beforehand if performance not satisfactory, we would be able to return it. It was unsatisfactory - called tech support, were promised a call back next day to arrange inspector visit, heard nothing for 3 days, resorted to email, two days after that got a call from someone wanting to know the whole story from scratch - what was the reference no. for then?? Now it's about two weeks and several calls (all from our side) later; --- again yesterday, called in and were promised a call back today to arrange for tech people to come check the stick's performance on site, which we never got. Really, this is pathetic people - make some effort please. We bought a speedstick, we live in a 3G area, the stick is underperforming; we were promised technicians to come check, and if it's found the fault is with Cell C, we are to be refunded. Please move on this now!! Thank you. P.S. A voicemail saying you're following up and then doing nothing after that is NOT following up.
