After all the reports I have written about my troubles with 8ta, from endless issues with coverage at home to finally struggling to cancel my contract, they have the cheek to charge me a Termination Fee. This was done after the consultant who helped me with the cancellation assured me that I wouldn't be penalised. After seeing the invoice with the termination fee, I immediately contacted 8ta and again I was assured that I wouldn't be debited for the invoice amount, but that the termination fee would be credtied to my account.
What do you think happened?..I was debited for the last invoice and never again credited for the termination fee. I am disgusted by 8ta's incompetence throughout my dealings with them. I have contacted 8ta again to request this credit to my account. I was helped by Wonga and given a Case #: 4158486. This needs to be rectified immediately and 8ta need to come and fetch their booster equipment which made absolutely no difference.
