On 25 Jan 2013, by mistake I paid R 4229.40 into the account of Nashua mobile instead of the supplier I wanted to pay. Since then, I have been messed around trying to get my money back.
It seems that no one in the organisation actually works there, or it's company policy to mess people around until they give up.
Everyone I've dealt with has been sent a request letter, proof of payment, my account details and so on, yet despite 2 months of trying I still don't have my money back. I was last promised that payment would be done on the 25th. They don't respond to phone calls or emails, with the excuse that the email address that their switchboard gives for them is wrong. Why is this my fault? Why are they always "out" when I call, and unable to return messages?
