I have been using Gumtree for a number of years to both buy and sell. This morning while trying to log into my account to check up on an item I am selling, I got a surprise to find that my account was locked out for no reason. I then discovered that there is no contact centre and the only way to communicate to Gumtree was via email. I emailed them at 9am today and as of 5pm no one has even bothered to provide feedback. This a horrible service in respect of promoting a platform to do business then having no support when system etc goes wonky. I am going to try other websites!
