This is to serve as a warning/word of caution to anyone looking for gadgets etc in SA. Be careful when dealing with a person called "Rueben" from a company called Smart Electronics. Their email address is [Email Removed] and contact number: 078 578 1197. He/She has multiple adverts up in South Africa advertising everything from phones, to TV's to Tablets etc.
They try and get you to pay first (by any means necessary and they have answers for everything) and then obviously never deliver anything. On their Invoice they use false company reg/vat numbers, I have checked those with Cipro.
