How Long Must I Really WAIT?

Listen, I've grown extremely tired of this rubbish service that i'm now receiving from Cell C. I've been a loyal customer for more than 3 years now and I've never been treated like this... Funny how the problem started the day I sign up for a contract.

My MyTools account is NOT NOT NOT blocking calls I've set it up to do. I've asked since Jan 23, 2013 for this to be sorted out but NOTHING has happened...

Now the my accounts tool is down and has been down for over a month now...

I was to when i signed up for my 100 minute contract, I was told that after 3 months I can call and get a iphone 200 contract, but when I called they said I can't get it.

I feel like moving to another service provider and just being done with Cell C all together... So much for the great network. You might be the cheapest network but the lack of customer service really doesn't weight up to the competition.
