I have two MTN contracts with autopage and my account was in arrears and handed over to pre-legal. I pain my full outstanding on Feb 20 and my accounts were re-instated. When i initialy applied for my second contract online, it was on "My Topup 200" and i had endless problems with the sim card which eventually after numerous calls to autopage, i was asked to go to the nearest store to make a sim swop as the sim card was faulty however, the consultant who assisted me changed the package to something else. Autopage is refusing to migrate this contract to what i applied for due to my account still listed with their legal department and no one is willing to help until end of May 2013 and i am being told that i need to pay a migration fee for a fault that is not my own, how rediculous and i am being sent from pillar to post. Even the lady i spoke to at the Sandton branch was so unwilling to help and gave me an impression that she doesn't care what my concerns are. This is poor customer service. I am a very unhappy customer and will cancell this contract once and for all
