I recently was faced with the option of upgrade. At first I was going in the direction of giving notice to cancel and sent an email with my request. Samantha dealt with it and confirmed it would be cancelled on completion of the 24 months. In this week I changed my mind and asked to look at the current contract upgrades. I found something I liked and decided to continue my contract with Nashua. Throughout my undecisiveness and many questions - Samantha was patient and helped me with all my requirements. My upgrade was done on Wednesday and I am receiving my phone today. Thanks Samantha for going the extra mile...
