I have noticed an item on my bill for MT Billing Subs. This phone is used by my wife who is deaf and has assured me that this was NOT requested by her. I believe that the subsciption was loaded fraudulantly by the provider. The provider has been confirmed as Netsmart. I request that MTN division investigate the activation of this service. I also request that i be refunded in full for this unsolicited "service".
