I have queried an amount handed to Nimble by Vodacom for collection, we have had this query with Vodacom for some time but never got a satisfactory answer from Vodacom in the first instance, now its been handed over to Nimble, the query has not changed and Nimble tell me that they cannot assist us with the query as they only get an amount to collect and they can only advise the charges they add to this to get to the total (their fees), so again we hit a brick wall. What happened to consumer rights, do we have no right to query the billed amount, even in a collection?
