I would like to voice my opinion and i want consumers out there to be aware of the shocking appauling service of Nashua mobile!!! i have been a loyal client of Nashua mobile for over 4 years-upon taking yet another 2 year contract i have had non stop problems with the blackberry device it has gone back and forth where the "apparently" send me a new repaired phone back only to experience the same issue over and over again-it has got to the URGENT stage where i have even spoken with directors and the lack of care trying to find a solution has been atrocious!!! i cannot believe after a device has been sent to a technical division over 6 times would it not be advisable to assist the client with a different solution but instead i must pay in a few thousand for another phone when it is not my liability neither should it be at my expense!!! this is regards to the Gateway Nashua mobile-Durban KZN. I will also be posting complaints further to above managemnet, Wendy knowler on East coast radio and [URL Removed] This has gone on for months and has effected business, emails, connectivity with the same inefficient devices!!! consumers beware!!!
