Poor service

We have ordered installation of landline and ADSL and if have phoned several times to follow up on installation and keep getting told that they are investigating infrastructure. I phoned 3 times today (each time was placed on hold for longer than 15 minutes) trying to speak to a manager for assistance and was told that the manager would phone me back which never happened. We cancelled our previous service provider after we were assured that lines have been installed in our estate and subsequently have no landline or Internet. For a company that states that it is "Africas largest integrated communications company, providing integrated communications solutions to an entire range of customers" the communication is terrible.
