INCONSISTENT FEEDBACK

A CABLE THFT FAULT WAS LOGGED ON 12/02/2013 AND SINCE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONSISTENT FEEDBACK. iNITIALLY IT WAS BE INVESTIGATED AND THEREAFTER WE DID NOT RECEIVE FEEDBACK OR WAY FORWARD. ON SATURDAY 23/03 I WENT TO THE CHATWORTH BRANCH OF TELKOM AND THE CONSULTANT THERE CONFIRMED THAT THE REPAIR WAS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE MID APRIL BY INDEP CONTRACTORS AND HE MENTIONED OPTIC FIBRE. TODAY I SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERNT CONSULTANTS ONE OF WHICH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE (JOHSON ZAKADI) ONE SAID THAT TELKOM WILL BE SENDING US LETTERS WITH REGARDSTO WIRELESS AND JOHNSON SAID THAT THEY DONOT KNOW WHEN THE LINE WILL BE REPLACE AND WE NEED TO GO TO THE NEAREST BRANCH AND APPLY FOR WIRELESS.
MY CONCERN IS THAT I GOT 3 DIFFERENT VERSIONS FROM TELKOMS STAFF. WHICH ONE IS CONCERN. THE CONSULTANT AT FAULTS 10210 WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. HE IS NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR, THIS IS A SERVICE I PAY FOR AND AS SUCH, I REQUIRE FEEDBACK.
