I have being Promised by telkom to receive installation from 18 March 2013, Technician he came and promise me to came back with someone to install cables. And since that time i have not receive any report. On the 21 March i called the help desk they promise to call me after 24 hours and 72 hours has alredy gone. And i call the Supervisor Piet on the number 012 5485 901 he also promised me that they will do something only if it is no cost for that.
I personally think that sam should be given another job or be replaced for not taking his job seriously.
Supervisor Piet must attend few classes for customer relation.
Telkom should just shut down their business if they can not deliver right product at the right time to the right place.
