Been trying since April 08, 2013 to get a credit note from Linda Lemmer in Accounts. After numerous phone calls & emails, I still haven't received the credit note for an overcharge of about R 4000.00 on an invoice.
I have complained to Wendy Woolf (head of the accounts dept) who have asked Linda Lemmer to escalate request.
I still haven't received the credit note, and in the meantime Agnes Khuzwayo is requesting the outstanding monies on the account.
It is beyond my understanding how huge companies in 2013 can still employ ineffective people in their accounts dept!
