Supposed new phone (duration of call, 45min26sec)

I received a new 9320 Blackberry phone in January 2013, from the first week that I've had it, I've had nonstop issues, battery gets so hot when charging that I cannot hold it, constantly losing signal, keys get stuck and struggle to go online. I've taken the phone to the store in Westgate and they offered me a Samsung phone to use whilst waiting for mine to be repaired, however, they wanted me to stand in the store and manually input ALL my contacts!!! I thus refused to leave my phone there as I had other commitments. Today I spoke to Lebohang Nkemisetse in the call centre, unable to assist. I then asked for his manager, Duduzile Ndlozi who was even more unhelpful. It took her 10 minutes just to get me the surname of the Sales Manager, Sean Martin. Don't even get me strated on him, he has yet to call me back since 2011/12!!!

If this was a a new phone, why would I have so many issues with it???

I was very clear with Duduzile, I do NOT want a repaired phone, I wanta a new phone!!! My contract only started in January 2013 and I have the next 2 years to deal with this!!! SERIOUSLY???
