Incorrect billing being deducted

I do not remember the exact date but vodacom phoned me an offered me a data contract as iv been a loyal client for so many years, when i was told the deal would be 2gb per month for 149 and i would receive a free
wifi modem, i thought wow what a deal and i took it, the number is 0823105237

a month after that i noticed i was being charged for the wifi unit, this is not the deal that was given to me over the phone,
i have phone the call centre multiple times but with no avail...

this is ridiculous, can some one not listen to the initial sale (call) as they are recorded, and give me feedback as this is taking way to long,
