Softcapping on capped accounts

Ever since Telkom removed the local cap from their Do accounts and instead started soft capping them, my internet has been useless. I get throttled from 10mb/s down to 384kb/s. Websites take hours to load, I can't play any games online as I lag to and back. This is utter bs. I am paying for a 10mb line, not a 384kb/s line!! Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired. I'd much prefer having local cap yet still getting my full line speed.
