I logged a complaint a few weeks ago about the bad 3G signal in the Ormonde area and Vodacom admitted, after carrying out tests that the signal is bad. To resolve this issue, they have commissioned a new tower for our area but could not provide a definite timeframe as to when it would be built. Now my question is, since I am not receiving the service I am paying for, am I expected to continue paying for a virtually non-existent service and be expected to put up with this rip-off while they decide when to put up their tower?!
Please advise, as this in my view, constitutes a breach on Vodacom's side.
