I recently applied for an MTN contract for a Sony Xperia Go (at R 159 per month) and a Galaxy tab (at R 249 per month) and was, after being told there were system issues and a bunch of other complications, advised that the contract was rejected. No reason was supplied, which is particularly frustrating as I have never experienced this before. I have a longstanding contract with another cellphone service provider on which I have never missed a payment. In addition, I recently applied for a bond, which was approved. Yet, a cellphone provider's system says I don't qualify for R 410 per month over 24 months!
Pathetic service which has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
Could anyone assist with a logical explanation?
Thanks.
