AND THEY CALL THIS SERVICE???

MEDIOCRITY: Buy airtime vouchers from 8-ta in order to purchase a data bundle. The system BLACKLISTS YOUR ACCOUNT. Upon calling 081 180 you get a call agent arguing with you that the 16 digit voucher serial number is insufficient - they need at least 18 digits. So either way - you're. You get over twice - lucky is me. But actually I like to be kissed before I am - so good-bye 8-ta, it wasn't nice knowing you - of late your internet speed has been at snail's pace (due to the "upgrade" perhaps?) and now I can't purchase a data bundle for the next 4 days. And did you notify your clients of this mess? No.

You only get to do this to me once and never again. Don't call me, I'll call you (but don't hold your breath).
