CELLC!!! I took my phone in for repairs/new phone (depending on insurance) on 5 January to the Centurion branch. I have since been trying to get a progress report either with customer care, insurance, repairs only to be told that the reason no one answers is because there is only one agent on duty!!! Surely the operational issues are not my problem and service to the customer is a priority, but apparently not! I still have no idea as I held on for 20 minutes after being once again being transferred!!! I gave them my number so surely they could call me back, well apparently not!!!
