I'd lilke to thank Customer Care and Repairs for making an effort to follow up on my complaints and I am happy to say that I have the phone back and it's working brilliantly!
I do, however, feel strongly that an effort should be made to update the client on the progress of the repairs on their phones. That will go a long way in alleviating the frustration that one feels when they don't have a phone for a long period.
But thank you for making an effort to resolve my issues! Much appreciated!
