Gooday MTN
I reported about my TV in January and till today still no television I thought there was progress when I was called and asked again to bring in my moms license and the third party form, I got a message that they recieved my order but needed a third party form. I dont understand how it works or what one should do, cause really I have been patient and understanding but its like I am being taken for a fool, yet every month they still debit their money from my acc. I have NEVER, NEVER . EVER been treated so bad like I am not a paying customer its like i owe MTN something. MTN use to be my no.1 network subscriber and now I am quickly loosing faith and trust in it.
