This is to compliment Sanita Pearson and not Vodacom. I registered a problem with my internet connection on the 20th March and the usual, arrogance and incompetence began. Holding on for 10 -15 minutes listening to really so called music, call centre agents hanging up, not returning promised calls, the usual. I object to paying top dollar for such bad service. Finally made contact with Sanita Pearson 082-241 4903, she is by far the best Vodacom employee I have ever dealt with, she took responsibility returned calls and sorted out in two days what had taken two months to achieve nothing. Well done Sanita, you have restored a bit of sanity and kept my Tourettes in check.
