Hi yesterdar 19.03.13 i called mtn direct, firstly to get in touch with the upgrade dept is a mission
the first call after 15 minutes went boom boom, had to call again and eventually after a period was connected to Du Preeze, he began asking questions to which you already have on your records, a waste of time
one of the matter raised is if the residential address does not match that of the postal address than mtn would not accept, one must reason that i live in farm area there is no street name leave alone a postal service???
he undertook to get the team leader/manager to call b4 the end of business to no avail. is there any
service lever in any case??? how do i upgrade my phone
