I received my annual notification of renewal for the service as provided for by Loan Discovery.
This notification was received on the 22/02/2013.In terms of my contract should I wish to terminate the contract, all I needed to do to terminate was to do so in writing to them. I immdeiately decided to terminate as I felt I would not need their services and I sent an email at 8.30am on the 22/2/2013. They ignored my termination request On the 26th they deducted 2 x the subscriptions and upon querying my deductions I was asked to email my origional termination. I resent them the termination on the 26th April 2013 and todate I have been hassling them to refund my R399.00 x 2 . I have now been told that the termination letter they only received on the 26th April therefore a deduction was deemed necessary and the assistant that handled the matter tells me that their systems are NEVER wrong. what pathetic service and unhelpful. I am left feeling unsatisfied and not happy at all. please get the right people to deal with the accounts of others and not people who are just passing time.:)
