A sim swap was done on my behalf, without my authority and approved to the.
My cell phone banking pin was also used to raid my fnb account.
R2888-00 was used to buy airtime all this information is with vodacom. The bank is refusing to refund and vodacom is taking far too long to investigate, i am self employed and earn a low income at times.
I was unable to settle my monthly commitments which will result in a bad credit profile of which i have been trying to fix.
This has caused me a lot of inconvinience as well as personal stress and emotionally draining.
VODACOM i would never ever give out my pin to other persons please get to the investigation done i need my funds back as my life has been on hold
