A sim swap was done without my authority on (Vodaocom). Which i also laid the complaint with.
On the day mentioned below, a sum of R2888-00 was used to buy airtime, this was done in 4 transactions.
As the bank has all the info. i had to write out an affidavit and fill out the forms from the bank.
Forwarded all the documentation an investigation was done by fnb my complaint was refuted.
The bank has refused to refund me and is now blaming vodacom.
My other problem is if fnb is using vodacom for the cell phone banking why can they fnb sort out the issue wiht vodacom.
Self employed and my income is very low, i having been inconvinienced in the baddest way as i have not being able to settle my monthy commitments this in return will tarnish my credit profile as i was busy still repairing my credit profile. Not happy with fnb at all.
