On 7 March I reported our Telkom lines (including ADSL) and am still having issues with these. Some lines work and some don't which prevent incoming calls and Internet connection for electronic mail is non-existing. A supervisor from the Call Centre tried to arrange quicker fixing of the problems. The responsible parties were supposed to send a technician to check on fault reported and it has not happened. I think it is absurd to have a supplier of telecommunication who fail to COMMUNICATE.
